Methods to Prepare Paal Pongal

First step, you have to fry moong daal smoothly and keep that ingredient aside. Now, you have to add clean rice in the rice cooker after that, you should mix the fried moong daal on the same cooker. After that, you mix two cups of raw milk on the mixture of rice and moong daal. You should use correct size of pressure cooker regarding your Paal Pongal amount. Next, you have to add water to the cooker and wait for a few minutes until you get soft. You should wait for getting three to four whistles from the cooker. After that, you should crush that rice finely and again add remaining raw milk on the cooker. Now, you have to mix well over the ingredients. Next, you should permit that mixture to boil at least for five minutes until you will receive thickness. After that, you can add the correct amount of salt in the recipe and also add little amount of coconut on that mixture.
