Make Coconut Rice dish in Two different simple way

Coconut rice is favorite dish for most of the people. And this is very famous in Hyderabad, but most of the people don’t know the preparation method. They will prepare this dish with some new way, and the taste of this recipe is out of the world. It is very simple dish and it takes less than 15 minutes to prepare. You can add any vegetable or protein may be paired with coconut rice. The required items and the preparation methods are given below, if you want to prepare the coconut rice, then follow the below steps without any alterations. You can prepare this dish in two ways, such as by using rice-cooker and by using a saucepan.

Required ingredients for coconut rice

  • Half cup of cooked rice
  • Ghee – one table spoon
  • Half cup Coconut paste
  • Five piece of Grated cashews
  • Salt- as needed level

To temper

  • Half tablespoon of oil
  • Half tablespoon of coconut oil
  • One tablespoon of mustard seeds
  • Two tablespoons of urad daal with white color
  • One tablespoon of jeera
  • A small amount of Hing
  • One slitted green chilies and
  • Few curry and coriander leaves

Preparing method for coconut rice

  • Take a pan and drop two tablespoons of oil to the pan and add the items which are listed in the temper list, and allow these ingredients to fizz. After that, put the grated coconut and fry on less flame, until the level of moisture leaves. And include required salt in that preparation. Just fry this for three minutes, don’t let this overblown, make all these preparations on less flame until the rice should be the aroma rises.
  • Take the cooked rice readily, after that put the cooked rice into that mixture and saute it with less flame and mix well until it get ready. Take the pan from the flame after it gets well cooked, and take the pan and add little amount of ghee into that pan and cashew saute it with the low flame. And mix it with that prepared mixture. This method is by using the rice cooker and the saucepan method is also a similar one. It is the nutrition dish and specifically it is good for children.

  • By using saucepan, take the same ingredients and in addition take the rice in the sieve, and wash the rice with the water until the water should clear. And add few amount of coconut milk with that rice, three cups water and also required salt. Bring this preparation into boil and leave it for ten to 15 minutes, until the water should absorb.
