  1. Garam masala
  2. Eggs

Ingredients:

  • Milk – 2 tbsp
  • Capsicum – 4 tbsp, finely minced
  • Eggs – 4
  • Green chilies – 2, finely minced
  • 4Shallots, finely chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp, finely chopped
  • Garam masala powder – 1/4 tsp
  • Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
  • Carrot – Four tbsp, finely minced
  • Black pepper powder – 1/4 tsp
  • Oil – 2 tbsp (or butter)

How to make Masala Omelet?

  1. First, you need to beat the eggs. Then, you need to add all ingredients except the oil and mix properly.
  2. Take oil in a frying pan, let it heat. Once warm, decrease heat and add 1/2 egg mixture and swirl the egg mixture around the frying pan.
  3. You need to cook this mixture on low heat till underside is slightly browned and the upper sides are cooked.
  4. After that, you need to slide the egg omelet on the serving plate and serve the masala omelet with buns or bread.

Remember

  • You should pour the mixture of egg just after the pan has heated very well. If you add a little amount of water, it must sizzle.
  • You may sprinkle cheese over the masala omelet when you remove it from the pan. The hot omelet will easily melt the cheese.
  • You may add other shredded chicken or mushroom or vegetables.
  • Just before pouring the egg mixture on the hot pan, you need to whisk the egg mixture well, and do not cook on high heat.
